We use self-showing lock boxes so our closure will not prevent you from seeing one of our available rental properties (see townsendrentalhomes.com).
If you are a tenant needing to submit a work order, those can all be done online through Property Meld. If you do not have access to Property Meld, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our representatives will still be checking emails and answering phone calls. Our doors will be closed to the public, however. All our property managers have company issues cell phones. We have listed all phone numbers below; in case you do not know your representative’s phone number.
Our drop box will be checked daily. If you are dropping something off, please put it in the mail slot on our front door.
